The senior men of Epsom & Ewell Harriers took on the South of the Thames 5 Mile Team Race at Lloyd Park and put in a solid shift over a tough, hilly cross country course.

In the men’s 4-to-score competition, the club finished:

• 11th team with a total of 228 points

Scorers: Henderson (25), Flack (58), Bloore (63) and Richardson (82).

In a high-quality field dominated by Belgrave Harriers, Dulwich Runners and Aldershot Farnham & District, this was a strong performance and it was great to see so many red and yellow vests in action. Well done to everyone who raced and represented the club.
