Volunteers for Downs League XC

We are hosting the Downs League XC (for juniors) on Sunday November 1st, and are looking for volunteers to help make sure it goes smoothly.

There are three races for different age groups. The first race starts at 10:45am and the last finishes around midday. Volunteers should arrive early for a briefing and to get in position.

We think we need approximately:
* A hare in races 2 and 3, who should ideally be able to run as fast as a fast U14
* A couple of tail-runners / sweepers for all three races
* 6 marshals on the course, plus a manager to make sure they are in the right places
* ideally 4 people to hand out tokens at the finish
