Open to members and volunteers

If you are over 17 years old you are invited to come along to one of our Tuesday evening sessions from 7pm at the Poole Road track in Ewell. We will be very happy to give you more information and you're welcome to try out before you commit to joining.

For younger athletes and anyone ready to join or with questions, please contact us using the Membership Enquiries form below and we will get back to you.

Please note there may be a waiting list to join some of our junior training groups.

There's always someone there to support you, and make it more fun...

"I joined the club because I wanted some company on my runs — people to train with, get advice from, and just share the ups and downs of running. I loved the idea of having runners of all different levels around me. What I ended up finding was even better: real friendships and a supportive community that cheers each other on no matter what your goals are. Whether you're going for a new PR or just out to enjoy an easy jog, there's always someone there to support you, and make it more fun."
