Welcome to the fifth Epsom and Ewell Harriers 3km Relay Race at Nonsuch Park.

The Course

The course is expected to be the same as 2025, a loop of approximately 3km around Nonsuch Park taking in the main avenue featured in Parkrun.

Start / Finish / Race Control will be near the Parkrun course finish. The course itself will be similar to a lap of the former Parkrun ‘A’ course, but will go around Nonsuch House and along the Avenue from the gate by the car park road. The course will be clearly marked and there will be marshals at key points. It is approximately 3km in length and there are 4 legs (4 athletes per team)

Race Entry

Please register your Team(s) as a Team Manager using the detailed instructions below and you will receive an email a week before the event to begin declaring your team names and order.

Entry Fee: £20 per team of four.

To help with event planning, the entry fee will be £20 per team if entered before 16^th May
Entries received after this date will be £22 per team (subject to availability).

We’d really appreciate teams entering early to help us organise the event smoothly.

The closing date for online entries is 23:00 Monday 15th June 2026.

After this time, changes may be made to the pre-entered team line up (if necessary) up to 18:30 on race day, which is also the cut off time for new entries.

Detailed Instructions

The process to enter is different than in previous years. The good news is that team managers can now place an order for multiple team entries for their club in a single request.

The bad news is that the process still has some quirks, so please follow these steps!

Go to the Race Entry page
Click the Register button
Enter your name and contact details.
In the Create or Join a Team section press the Create button.
- In the Name this Team field enter the name of your running club and not the names of your teams.
- Leave the Enter Emails field blank. Team declaration forms will be distributed later.
- Click the Create Team button
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and supply your contact preferences.
Click Continue
On the following page select the number of teams that you would like to enter in each category.
Continue to purchase and enter your payment details.

Try to order the correct number of team entries the first time. If you do need to come back and register more teams later you should be able to lookup your existing club name, but the team manager name needs to be unique on each order. You can add a digit to the end of your first name if you see an error that the team manager name is already taken.

You will be sent a declaration form approximately 10 days prior to the event to declare your teams and running order.

An entrant shall be deemed to have made himself/herself/themself, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entering the event, whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
